Job summary

Vertiv in Warszawa is seeking a Site Manager to support project delivery and commissioning. You will report to the Project Manager/Regional Leaders and assist with scheduling, organizing, tracking work, and progress reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires leading installation and commissioning teams, coordinating resources, and ensuring safety standards. Extensive travel within the EMEA region is expected.

Qualifications

• Highly organized and proactive with excellent time management.
• Electrical / Mechanical engineering qualification (other construction disciplines also considered).
• Project management experience is advantageous.
• Fluent in Microsoft applications.
• Experience working within site-based management / supervisory role.
• Practical problem solving and dependability.
• Flexible and able to adapt to change.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Full driving license.

Responsibilities

• Attend and represent at site-based meetings.
• Regional resource planning.
• Reporting on client-based snag and progress tracking systems.
• Lead installation and commissioning teams allocating tasks and workloads.
• Track and report progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain schedules and manage inbound OEM devices.
• Instill a strong H&S environment.
• Assist in identifying improvement initiatives to reduce lead times and increase efficiency.
