Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an experienced Automation Platform Engineer to lead the development, maintenance, and evolution of a global UiPath-based automation platform. You will enable development and operations teams to adopt best practices, while aligning with architectural principles and global standards.

You will design and maintain the platform architecture, evaluate new IPA technologies, collaborate with global teams, and support license management and security controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional IT/automation experience; strong background in software development or automation.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with RPA/IPA solutions.
• Proficient in UiPath platform components: Orchestrator, AI Center, Insights, and Integration Services.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, security concepts, and collaboration tools (e.g., AWS, Dynatrace, CyberArk, Azure DevOps).
• Good communication, stakeholder management, and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain the automation platform architecture using UiPath technologies.
• Evaluate new platform features and emerging IPA technologies.
• Collaborate with global teams to identify enhancement opportunities and evolving requirements.
• Support license management, access controls, and vendor coordination.
• Provide guidance on best practices, development standards, and automation design guidelines.
• Participate in platform governance and drive continuous improvement of the automation ecosystem.
