Job summary

HOMAG Group AG seeks an experienced RPA Developer to design, build, test, and deploy intelligent UiPath-based automation across diverse systems. You will drive the automation lifecycle, collaborate with business analysts, and apply AI enhancements to optimize processes while ensuring security and scalability.

The role requires 4+ years with UiPath, strong orchestrator know-how, and coding in .NET or Python. English communication is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience developing UiPath solutions including AI Center and Document Understanding.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator for deployment, monitoring and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in .NET or Python for custom activities.
• Experience with cloud deployments (Azure, AWS).
• Familiarity with AI concepts and autonomous bot behavior.
• UiPath certifications (Automation Developer Professional) are a plus.
• Excellent English communication; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement intelligent RPA bots interacting with multiple applications and systems.
• Independently build automation solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and AI Center.
• Consult on automation feasibility including process mining and task mining.
• Collaborate with Process Owners and Business Analysts to automate processes.
• Reduce technical debt and ensure scalable, reusable automation frameworks.
• Support existing processes and manage changes through structured change control.
• Develop solutions with data security, integration, and performance in mind.
• Integrate OCR, NLP, and ML for unstructured data, and apply CI/CD best practices.
