Job summary

Coloplast is seeking a TEM specialist for a temporary 6-month contract in Szczecin. You will handle travel and expense processes, manage employee spend, reconcile accounts, and support month-end closings. The role requires English proficiency (B1+) and experience in TEM or accounting, with strong Excel and communication skills.

You will operate in a hybrid/onsite setup at Coloplast’s Szczecin office, joining a global team and contributing to efficient expense management across 40+ entities.

Qualifications

• Good knowledge of English, min. B1.
• Experience or background in Travel and Expense Management or in Accounting.
• Good command of Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Team player attitude.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Engagement and openness to projects.

Responsibilities

• Communication with Coloplast employees globally (over 40 entities).
• Control over employee’s business spend and expenses.
• Reconciliation of balance sheet account, reconciliation of employees’ credit card.
• Month-end closing activities, including reconciliations.
• Credit Card Management, issuing credit cards for employees, limit change on credit cards, etc.
• Credit card statement booking.
• Reporting.
