Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Digital Finance Transformation Expert to join the CFOs’ agenda within the Digital Finance Transformation Team. You will drive GBS design, implement Finance Transformation programs, and collaborate with global teams to enable digitally-enabled finance processes.

You will travel to client locations across Europe as needed, primarily working remotely, with a focus on strategy, design, and execution of end-to-end transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Finance Transformation programs execution for large-scale orgs.
• Knowledge of Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash processes a strong plus.
• Experience with mid-senior to senior stakeholders.
• Experience in Finance Transformation projects and GBS environments.
• Project management experience is required.
• Strong financial acumen and KPIs in finance.
• Master’s degree and fluent English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Act as a Digital Finance Transformation SME, shaping and implementing GBS for clients.
• Advise clients on Finance Transformation topics, GBS strategy, design, setup and improvements.
• Contribute to GBS design and transformation discussions and workshops.
• Help shape Accenture's thought capital in Digital Finance Transformation and GBS.
• Collaborate within an international team where English is the common language.
