Job summary

ECCO Sko A/S in Warsaw is seeking a Transformation Lead to drive global business and digital transformation within ECCO Global Business Services. You will lead medium to large projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery against strategic objectives.

Reporting to the GPO Manager, you will manage transitions, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement, with strong SAP S/4HANA experience and a proven track record in multinational environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–10+ years in project management, process transformation, or related roles.
• Proven experience with system implementations and change management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and enterprise processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate medium to large-scale transformation initiatives from assessment through implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and monitor progress, risks, and milestones.
• Drive execution of transformation activities and support digital initiatives across GBS.
• Develop transition plans for migration of services and operating models.
• Support change management and ensure stakeholder alignment during periods of change.
• Coordinate governance and ensure actions are implemented consistently.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and digital enablement.
