3M is seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist for the Operations Team of Global Trade Compliance in Wrocław. You will support cross-border trade activities and ensure accuracy across documentation and processes.

In this on-site role, you will coordinate document creation, support customs clearance, and provide guidance across multiple workstreams while leveraging SAP and English language skills. This position requires collaboration with regional teams in France, Nordics or UK, and emphasizes

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in global trade compliance, customs operations, or logistics.
• Proficiency in English.
• Knowledge of additional foreign language is an asset.
• Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate trade document creation, correction, review, validation, indexing, and dispatch across air, ocean, ground, import, and export activities.
• Support regional trade compliance processes, including customs clearance and certificate management activities.
• Act as a subject matter resource for team members by providing operational guidance and coverage across multiple workstreams.
• Provide end-to-end support across all trade compliance processes, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and timely execution of trade operations activities.
