3M is seeking a Trade Compliance Specialist to join our Operations Team in Wrocław. You will support Polish trade processes and help ensure accurate, timely execution of all import/export activities.

Key duties include coordinating trade documents, assisting customs clearance, and serving as a knowledge resource across multiple workstreams. The role requires 2–4 years in global trade compliance and proficiency in English.

• 2–4 years of global trade compliance, customs operations, or logistics.
• Proficiency in English; additional foreign language is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Transition experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented mindset, effective communication, and strong analytical skills.

Responsabilidades

As a Trade Compliance Specialist for the Operations Team of Global Trade Compliance, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Here, you will make an impact by:

Support the Polish Trade Compliance Team by:

• Coordinating and managing trade document creation, correction, review, validation, indexing, and dispatch across air, ocean, ground, import, and export activities
• Supporting regional trade compliance processes, including customs clearance and certificate management activities
• Acting as a subject matter resource for team members by providing operational guidance, troubleshooting support, and coverage across multiple workstreams
• Providing end-to-end support across all trade compliance processes, ensuring continuity, accuracy, and timely execution of trade operations activities

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field
• 2–4 years of equivalent work experience in global trade compliance, customs operations, or logistics
• Proficiency in English
• Knowledge of additional foreign language is an asset
• Previous experience working with an ERP system, preferably SAP
