Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Trade Compliance, International Trade, Customs or logistics.
• At least 3 years of hands-on customs experience.
• Certification in customs legislation from a recognised authority or accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong knowledge of customs and international trade regulations, including import/export requirements, tariff classification, origin management and trade documentation.
• Ability to translate regulatory requirements into practical business solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead Customs Clearance and Export teams in Poland and develop team capabilities.
• Own and improve Trade Compliance governance, processes and controls across EMEIA.
• Ensure compliance with customs, export control and international trade regulations.
• Identify and mitigate risks, drive corrective actions.
• Lead audits and interactions with customs authorities and ensure effective follow-up.
