Job summary

Jabil seeks a mid-level Trade Compliance Specialist to lead the annual LTSD process for designated sites and coordinate export license administration across Europe, with work location in Poland or remote within the region.

The role requires strong expertise in origin determinations, FTAs, and SAP GTS, plus collaboration with Supply Chain, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant operations across EMEA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Specialized training in preferential and non-preferential rules of origin.
• Experience with LTSD processes and export controls.
• Strong knowledge of European FTAs.
• Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead LTSD collection, validation, and compliance for designated sites.
• Manage export licenses, determinations, and reporting.
• Assess and mitigate compliance risks in imports/exports.
• Provide guidance on trade regulations and customs requirements.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, Finance and Operations.
• Coordinate audits and regulatory inquiries.
• Maintain origin-related master data and supplier declarations.
