Job summary

NEXT plc is seeking a Product Approval Technician to support the European market from Poznań, Poland. The role collaborates with suppliers, technology and buying teams to ensure high-quality products and compliance with customer parameters.

The position emphasizes communicating across departments, driving quality improvements and ensuring production continuity, with a focus on EU regulatory alignment and supplier development.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product approval or related quality control
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English proficiency at least B2 level optional but desirable

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular contact with technical and purchasing teams about procedural and production matters
• Establish and implement technical criteria with suppliers
• Raise quality standards to ensure continuity of production and compliance with specs
• Liaise with suppliers to convey expectations and implement customer instructions
• Advise suppliers on product adaptations to meet company requirements
• Ensure products comply with legal and safety requirements
• Adapt customer requirements to current legal developments
• Oversee and monitor project execution and implement corrective actions in factories
• Implement agreed production practices and procedures
