GE HealthCare is seeking a seasoned Total Rewards Business Partner in Kraków to lead compensation strategy for cloud, AI/ML and advanced engineering talent across STO and IT. You will partner with HR, Finance and regional leaders to shape multi-year plans, benchmark roles and drive governance in a complex global environment.

You will craft market‑based solutions, support talent acquisition and retention, and deliver data‑driven insights to executives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in Total Rewards, compensation, benefits or a related discipline.
• Strong compensation expertise, including market benchmarking, incentive programs, job evaluation, job architecture, pay equity and pay transparency.
• Strong analytical and financial capability with experience interpreting complex data and modeling scenarios.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build relationships across HR, Finance and regional teams.
• Experience leading complex programs or workstreams involving multiple countries, functions or stakeholder groups.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as strategic Total Rewards Business Partner for assigned scopes ( STO and IT ), providing trusted advice on reward strategies that support growth and workforce plans.
• Develop integrated solutions balancing competitiveness, internal equity, affordability and policy intent.
• Lead market analyses and translate data into executive-ready scenarios and recommendations.
