Job summary

Vantive in Warsaw seeks a Network Planner to lead end-to-end supply planning across the global TPP network, ensuring product availability and OTIF delivery. You will coordinate with Procurement, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to optimize inventory and manage risks.

The role requires 3–5 years in planning, strong analytics, and ERP experience (SAP/JDE/RapidResponse). Hybrid work in Poland with a 1-year contract and potential permanent opportunities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of supply planning and production planning principles.
• Proficiency with ERP/APS systems such as SAP, JDE or RapidResponse.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator across functions and regions.
• Organized and adaptable in a global, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute mid to long-term supply plans for third-party products.
• Manage procurement planning, purchasing and inventory for a portfolio of third-party products.
• Monitor supplier capacity, material availability and production readiness for OTIF delivery.
• Maintain planning parameters such as reorder points, safety stock, lead times.
• Support new product introductions and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on forecasting and risk mitigation.
• Participate in SIOP and supplier performance reviews.
