Job summary

Vantive, a vital organ therapy company, seeks a Network Planner to manage end-to-end planning and supply execution across the global Third-Party Planning (TPP) network. You will ensure product availability, optimize inventory, and coordinate with procurement, regulatory, and commercial teams.

You will influence SIOP processes, monitor KPI trends, and drive process standardization across planning systems while aligning with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of supply planning and production planning principles.
• Proficiency with ERP/APS systems such as SAP, JDE, or RapidResponse.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator across functions and regions.
• Organized, detail-oriented in a global, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute mid to long-term supply plans for third-party products.
• Procurement planning, purchasing and inventory management of a portfolio of third-party products.
• Monitor supplier capacity, material availability, and production readiness for OTIF delivery.
• Maintain and optimize planning parameters: reorder points, safety stock, lead times.
• Support new product introductions and regulatory-driven changes for supplier readiness.
