Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process: identify, screen, interview and gather client/candidate feedback.
• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to identify passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent to open roles and address objections in the hiring process.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections, compensation and recruitment processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and meet submit/hire goals; update ATS data.
