Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a Global Technology Services Buyer in Sosnowiec, Poland. You will lead strategic sourcing, contracting, and spend analytics for IT services, software, and telecoms, partnering with global Business Units to deliver value.

You will negotiate complex contracts, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost reductions while ensuring compliance and risk management across the Technology Services portfolio. This role requires on-site presence and travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with experience in indirect/technology services procurement.
Experience drafting, reviewing, negotiating supplier contracts (SOWs, MSAs, SLAs).
Strong IT services procurement knowledge including licensing, SaaS, telecoms, and cloud services.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact between Caterpillar and technology services suppliers globally.
Lead strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contract management for Technology Services.
Develop and execute global category strategies and spend analyses.
Manage supplier relationships, risk, and performance; drive cost reductions.
Mentor junior Buyers and Analysts in procurement best practices.
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Business Units during negotiations.
