Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation is seeking a Global Technology Services Buyer in Sosnowiec, Poland. The role focuses on IT services, software, SaaS, telecoms, and telematics procurement, negotiating contracts and leading global sourcing initiatives.

The ideal candidate has IT procurement experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to collaborate with IT, Legal, Finance and BU stakeholders. On-site presence is required with up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with IT/procurement background.
• Experience drafting and negotiating supplier contracts including SOWs and MSAs.
• Understanding of IT buying landscape, licensing, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Ability to engage IT, Legal, Finance, and Business Unit stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between Caterpillar and supply base for Technology Services sourcing.
• Lead supplier relationships, performance, cost and risk management; drive category strategies.
• Draft, review and negotiate contractual documents with technology suppliers.
• Develop and execute global category strategies and supplier development initiatives.
