Astek Group in Poland is seeking a Technology Change & Transformation Lead for a Life Sciences client. The role focuses on leading large-scale transformations, IT migrations, and ensuring alignment between business needs and technical delivery.

Responsibilities include driving migration planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination across global teams, with emphasis on regulatory contexts and business continuity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale technology transformations in global organizations.
• Strong change leadership with IT migrations, Microsoft 365 environments, and application dependencies.
• Translate global program direction into practical, executable plans reflecting local realities.
• Experience in business continuity, risk and dependency management in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the MOVE journey, translating the global MOVE strategy into actionable plans across DIA functions.
• Act as the key bridge between DIA business teams, partners and central MOVE workstreams.
• Drive business readiness, change and adoption activities with Adoption, Change & Experience teams.
• Identify and manage business continuity risks, dependencies and migration impacts with mitigation plans.
• Coordinate migration requirements for DIA-specific business applications and integrations.
• Lead a cross-functional network of DIA Business Partners across R&D, Quality & Regulatory, Global Ops and Commercial.
• Partner with Technology, Migration, AI Enablement and MOVE workstreams to align sequencing and execution.
