Qualifications

• 5+ years as IT Business Analyst with end-to-end BA delivery
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into User Stories and Acceptance Criteria
• Hands-on with Agile (Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban) and PI Planning
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, and UX/tools like Figma, Miro, Lucidchart or Balsamiq
• Knowledge of BPMN and UML for process modeling and system documentation
• Experience with stakeholder management and collaboration with international teams
• Support UAT, change management and project documentation
• Interest in AI innovation and prompt engineering use cases

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to understand business needs and align expectations
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Create detailed User Stories with Acceptance Criteria in Jira and support backlog refinement
• Translate requirements into process models and system flows using BPMN/UML
• Design wireframes and mockups using Figma, Miro, or Lucidchart
• Identify AI opportunities, define use cases, test AI prompts and improve responses
• Support UAT, solution demos, and user adoption activities
