Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking a Life Sciences technology consultant to design and implement solutions across marketing, R&D, supply chain, and product lifecycle management for top global Life Sciences clients. You will translate business needs into functional specs and collaborate with global delivery teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Ideal candidates have a Master’s in a Life Sciences field, 2+ years in technology consulting, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
At least two years of experience in technology consulting or technology roles in a Life Sciences organization.
Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, and working with delivery teams in agile or hybrid delivery models.
Very good English communication skills (written and spoken).
Understanding of working in regulated environments, including documentation and quality considerations.

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and user stories.
Support implementation programs including planning, dependency management, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Work with data, integration, and platform teams to ensure solutions meet business needs and quality requirements.
Contribute to activities related to data integrity, system documentation, and quality expectations for regulated environments.
Create client-ready deliverables including roadmaps, governance materials, status reports, and executive presentations.
Collaborate with global delivery teams and client product owners to ensure outcomes are delivered on time and to quality.
