Job summary

Amcor is redefining talent sourcing on a global scale. The Global Talent Sourcing Manager will establish and scale a centralised function, lead a small team, and align with TA leaders across regions to deliver high-impact pipelines for critical roles.

The role combines hands-on sourcing credibility with strategic capability-building, partnering with HR and business stakeholders to enable consistent, global practices and continuous improvement in sourcing effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering talent sourcing across international locations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership and people development skills.
• Experience in multinational, matrix organisations.
• Proficiency in proactive sourcing and talent mapping.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a global talent sourcing strategy aligned to business priorities and workforce plans.
• Build and lead a centralised global sourcing capability and team of 3 Talent Sourcers.
• Drive pipeline generation across regions, functions and critical roles.
• Partner with HR, Executive Search and TA leaders to enable global sourcing delivery.
• Leverage data to track sourcing effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of sourcing tools and tech to support scalable, data-driven practices.
