LIPTON Teas & Infusions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, Europe & North America, based in Katowice HUB with a hybrid setup. You will own end-to-end recruitment across Europe and North America, partnering with Hiring Managers and P&O teams to attract, assess, and secure talent.

Build pipelines, share market insights, and continuously improve recruitment processes. You’ll influence hiring standards, manage time-to-hire metrics, and ensure a positive candidate experience across regions.

Competenze

• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, including end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience screening candidates and conducting structured interviews.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders across markets.
