Job summary

LIPTON Teas & Infusions in Katowice is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across Europe and North America. You will partner with Hiring Managers and P&O to attract, assess and secure top talent, building pipelines and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

The role requires strong sourcing, interview expertise, and the ability to balance multiple markets while adhering to local policies. Hybrid work from Katowice HUB suited to a diverse, global team.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Talent Acquisition and full hiring lifecycle.
• Strong direct sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Experience screening candidates and conducting structured/competency-based interviews.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders across markets.
• Fluent business English and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Hands-on, evidence-led approach with ownership and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment across Europe and North America, from briefing to offers and onboarding.
• Build pipelines via LinkedIn Recruiter, direct search, referrals and talent communities; manage agencies as needed.
• Share market insights, coach Hiring Managers on interviewing and hiring decisions.
• Maintain candidate experience with clear and prompt communication.
• Ensure objective, competency-based assessment aligned with local legislation and policies.
• Track pipeline health and hiring metrics; translate insights into improvements.
