Job summary

LIPTON Teas & Infusions in Warsaw is seeking an experienced HR Lead for Poland and additional markets to join Lipton Teas & Infusions' leadership team. This senior role shapes organization design, workforce planning and people strategies in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

You will partner with the GM and business leaders to build capabilities, drive talent development and ensure HR governance across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Significant 5–10 years of HR leadership or HRBP experience in a complex, international matrix organization.
• Strong experience in organizational design, transformation, talent and change management.
• Ability to navigate complex employee relations and organizational decisions with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR agenda across Poland, partnering with the GM and Leadership Teams on business strategy and people decisions.
• Advise senior leaders on organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
• Lead HR team across three entities in Poland (Commercial, Shared Services, Factory) ensuring high-quality HR delivery.
• Drive talent, succession, performance and development; build leadership pipelines.
• Shape employee engagement and culture; foster a high-performing and inclusive organization.
• Lead organizational design and transformation, including operating model changes and efficiency initiatives.
• Provide senior-level guidance on employee relations and labor law with strong governance.
• Oversee payroll, rewards, recruitment and HR operations with continuous improvement and digitalization.
