Dellner - a Wabtec Company is seeking an Operational Purchaser in Poland to join the Supply & Production Planning Team. You will manage orders, monitor deliveries, and handle supplier-related issues to ensure on-time production inputs.

The role requires a university degree, ERP experience (Infor M3 preferred), and strong English skills. It offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Infor M3 is a plus.
• Knowledge of logistics processes in a manufacturing setting.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.

• Ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Place orders with domestic and international suppliers based on the MRP plan.
• Ongoing monitoring of deliveries from suppliers.
• Handle quantity and quality claims related to deliveries.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure on-time deliveries.

We are now looking for a Operational Purchaser (f/m) to our Supply & Production Planning Team.

Your Key responsibilities:

• Placing orders for materials and services with selected domestic and international suppliers based on the MRP plan
• Ongoing monitoring of deliveries from domestic and international suppliers
• Handling quantity and quality claims related to received deliveries
• Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries

Your skills and experience:

• University degree
• Experience with ERP systems (knowledge of Infor® M3 will be an additional advantage)
• Knowledge of logistics processes within a manufacturing environment
• Good command of English, both written and spoken enabling effective day-to-day communication
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Good organizational skills and a consistent, reliable approach to work
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
