Job summary

Nestlé Poland in Warsaw is seeking a Concurrent Planner (Production & Supply Planner) to ensure product availability across the network and optimize Total Delivered Cost. You will orchestrate production and deployment plans, collaborate with factories and markets, and drive end-to-end planning excellence.

The role requires a bachelor's and 3+ years in planning, strong English, and experience with ERP systems. A multinational environment and flexible hybrid work are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or Economics.
• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or Operations Management.
• Fluency in English is a must; additional European languages are a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in supply planning, production and demand planning, or distribution/logistics.

Responsibilities

• Generate 18‑month production plans respecting capacity and service targets.
• Review and align deployed plans with demand and inventory targets.
• Run what-if scenarios to assess supply/demand gaps and risks.
• Collaborate with factories, markets and stakeholders to ensure availability.
• Lead stakeholder review meetings and drive continuous improvement.
