Job summary

Avantor seeks an experienced leader to own Production Planning, Warehouse Operations, and Procurement in a GMP manufacturing environment. You will drive continuity, optimize processes and build a high‑performing operations team.

You will lead cross‑functional collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, Quality and Logistics, and implement improvements across planning, inventory, and warehouse operations. This senior role offers a competitive package and growth opportunities within Avantor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, operations or related field.
• 5–7+ years in materials, planning, inventory, warehouse, or supply chain in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Strong ERP/MRP experience; SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar.
• IMPULS knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Experience improving inventory accuracy, material availability and warehouse flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead production planning activities based on material availability and demand forecasts.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management and material flow.
• Coordinate procurement-related activities with purchasing teams.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials and packaging components.
• Monitor KPIs related to material availability, inventory levels and efficiency.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, Quality and Logistics.
