Job summary

Takeda in Lodz, Poland seeks a Supplier Risk & Resilience Manager to deliver day-to-day supplier risk and resilience services for global supplier portfolios. You will run risk screenings, monitor signals, coordinate BC/RA reviews, and maintain risk records to protect continuity of supply to patients.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, incident triage during disruptions, and reporting. Requires 7+ years in risk/procurement, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in supplier risk, third-party risk, procurement, supply chain, business continuity, operations, or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• Hands-on experience conducting risk assessments, due diligence, supplier reviews, or resilience assessments.
• Experience coordinating mitigation actions in a global matrix organization.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding, periodic, event-driven, and enhanced supplier risk assessments.
• Monitor risk signals, validate alerts, assess impact, elevate material developments promptly.
• Maintain supplier risk profiles, evidence, action plans, and status reporting.
• Plan and conduct business continuity and resilience assessments for critical suppliers.
• Coordinate supplier risk reviews with Category Managers and partners.
• Support supplier disruption response and remediation tracking.
• Produce portfolio reporting and identify recurring themes.
