Takeda in Lodz, Poland, is seeking a seasoned procurement professional to support category strategy and supplier insights within Manufacturing & Logistics Procurement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value across cost, innovation, sustainability, and risk.

Key responsibilities include leading category initiatives, supplier assessments, and data-driven spend analysis, while aligning with governance and business priorities.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in procurement, category management, strategic sourcing, or related field.
• Experience supporting category activities, supplier evaluations, contract administration, and project delivery.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret spend data, market intelligence, and supplier information.
• Knowledge of Warehousing, Distribution & Logistics spend in healthcare/pharma industries is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute category strategies with market insights and supplier analysis.
• Lead procurement projects aligned with category objectives and governance.
• Identify value opportunities across cost, risk, sustainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with Category Managers, Value Delivery Team, and stakeholders to ensure execution.
• Prepare supplier evaluations, business cases, and recommendations for decisions.
• Monitor supplier markets and trends to provide actionable insights.
