Job summary

Rolls-Royce Global Capability Centre in Kraków is seeking a Source-to-Contract Specialist to drive strategic sourcing and RFx execution for indirect and direct categories. You will coordinate events, prepare templates, and analyse data to inform supplier selection and contracting decisions.

Working with global procurement teams, you will strengthen supplier relationships, ensure compliance, and contribute to cost efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in procurement or supply chain management, indirect/direct categories.
• Experience executing RFx events and supporting negotiations.
• Experience in aerospace/defence or complex manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, governance and compliance.
• Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa.
• Strong customer service and influencing skills.
• Proven track record in achieving objectives.
• Interest in Lean or Six Sigma for continuous improvement.

The Source-to-Contract Specialist will play a key role in executing strategic sourcing activities that deliver measurable business value.

Working under the direction of category owners, you will manage sourcing events from setup to completion, including RFx documentation development, supplier evaluation, bid analysis and negotiation readiness. You will ensure sourcing execution aligns with category strategies and compliance standards while maintaining accurate data and templates.

A critical part of your role will be coordinating category insights to inform sourcing decisions and supporting supplier selection and contracting processes. You will collaborate closely with global Indirect Procurement teams and stakeholders to deliver timely, effective sourcing outcomes that optimise cost, mitigate risk and strengthen supplier relationships. By applying strong analytical skills and execution capability, you will help streamline sourcing processes and contribute to the organisation’s long‑term success.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage RFx events from setup to completion, ensuring alignment with category strategies and sourcing objectives
• Prepare sourcing templates, event documentation, and ensure all materials meet compliance and governance standards
• Coordinate supplier qualification, evaluate responses and prepare bid analysis reports to support informed decision‑making
• Coordinate negotiation activities and maintain documentation of outcomes
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing supplier agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies
• Validate and analyse category and spend data to identify sourcing opportunities and inform execution strategies
• Work closely with Category Managers, Procurement teams and business stakeholders to ensure sourcing activities meet business needs
• Adhere to procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards throughout sourcing processes
• Identify opportunities to streamline sourcing processes, improve efficiency, and enhance supplier engagement

Key Experiences and Qualifications

• +3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, across indirect and direct categories
• Hands‑on experience executing RFx events and supporting negotiation activities with deep knowledge in sourcing activities
• Experience working in aerospace or defence, or other complex manufacturing industry
• Understanding of procurement policies, governance frameworks and compliance assessments related to aerospace and defence
• Working knowledge of SAP, Ivalua, Coupa
• Demonstrated experience in delivering excellent customer service and influencing others
• Proven track record in delivering business results and achieving objectives
• Passion for continuous improvement and quality improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
