Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Must have proven experience in developing procurement strategies in technical/industrial environment.
• Fluency in business English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global procurement strategies aligned with Group objectives and stakeholder requirements.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships and negotiate global and regional agreements with manufacturers.
• Manage and develop the supplier base, including identifying, evaluating, qualifying and selecting new suppliers.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and implement projects that deliver measurable savings.
• Negotiate prices, commercial terms and supplier contracts.
• Monitor global procurement markets to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Identify opportunities to optimize purchased components and involve key suppliers early in product development.
• Develop in-depth supplier and market knowledge and build a strong professional network.

Requirements:

• degree in Business, Engineering or a related field, ideally combined with commercial experience,
• proven experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies in a technical or industrial environment,
• mandatory experience in electronics and hydraulics procurement,
• proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint,
• structured, organized and results-oriented approach,
• proactive attitude and strong communication skills,
• business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
