Job summary

Konecranes seeks a Steel Structure Supervisor to supervise crane manufacturing processes across multiple locations in Poland and globally. The role requires frequent travel and on-site leadership to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality in line with project specifications.

Ideal candidates have a mechanical engineering background, at least 2 years in steel structures manufacturing, and are proficient in English; Polish communication is expected.

Qualifications

• Open to frequent business travel in Poland and abroad (EMEA and APAC).
• Mechanical engineering degree or similar; IWE/IWI are assets.
• Good technical orientation in mechanical/manufacturing engineering.
• Professional English used daily in business; Polish communication expected.
• At least 2 years in steel structures manufacturing is preferred.
• Driver's license and ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Konecranes representative on site and oversee crane manufacturing processes.
• Ensure work follows safety practices and laws, monitor schedules and report to project team.
• Assure product manufacture complies with specifications and drawings.
• Maintain product quality and guide subcontractors' activities.
• Clarify technical questions and report progress, quality, and safety issues.
