The role requires frequent travel and a strong background in mechanical engineering with drawing interpretation. You will collaborate with suppliers and customers, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to specifications.

The position emphasizes safety, quality assurance, and proactive problem-solving in an international setting with a global team.

Qualifications

• English - good professional level for business use.
• Polish - communicative for daily interactions.
• 2+ years of experience in steel structures manufacturing preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Poland and abroad (EMEA/APAC).

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site supervisor for steel structures production according to drawings and specs.
• Ensure safety practices and laws are followed on site.
• Monitor schedules and report progress to the project team.
• Guide subcontractors and clarify technical questions.
• Report on progress, quality, and safety issues and non-conformances.
