Job summary

EY GDS Poland in Wrocław seeks a Statutory Reporting Manager to lead cross-border GAAP bridging (US GAAP/IFRS vs Local GAAP) and statutory financial statement preparation. You will manage multi-country processes, deliver high-quality reports, and mentor a team of accountants.

You will collaborate with global process owners, optimize processes, and contribute to client delivery excellence while supporting recruitment and capacity planning.

Qualifications

• Fluent Business English; experience with multi-country teams.
• Strong accounting/auditing experience with global clients; IFRS and US GAAP knowledge.
• Master’s degree in Economics or Accounting or equivalent; ACA/ACCA/CIMA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide detailed insight in GAAP-to-Local GAAP reconciliation for group management.
• Ensure smooth delivery of financial close and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate deliverables centrally and with EY local offices.
• Oversee global statutory reporting for Global Clients.
• Coach and develop junior and senior accountants and support recruitment.
• Plan work, capacity and engagement economics.
