Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking an Area/Regional Data Risk Controls Analyst to deploy data protection controls across the region, translating global requirements into practical regional implementation and coordinating with Information Security, technology, and business stakeholders.

You will track progress and remediation, and support adoption of data protection requirements to ensure regional compliance and alignment with EY standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technology Risk Management, Information Security, Governance, Risk and Compliance, data protection or related discipline.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Security or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of policy frameworks such as ISO or COBIT.
• Strong English language skills, including writing, presentation and communication.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders, tracking remediation activity and supporting risk/control initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deploy data protection controls across the assigned area or region and translate global requirements into regional implementation steps.
• Coordinate with Information Security teams, technology teams and stakeholders to support implementation and resolve delivery issues.
• Track implementation progress, remediation actions and risk mitigation plans; report status to regional/global stakeholders.
• Support communications, education and awareness activities to improve adoption of data protection requirements.
