Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a seasoned Global Skills & Talent Intelligence Product Owner in Katowice. You will shape how employees find opportunities, build skills, and advance careers, guiding strategy at the intersection of talent, technology, data, and AI.

You will define product roadmaps, partner with Talent and Technology leaders, and drive adoption of AI-enabled talent insights to deliver measurable business value across a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven product ownership experience.
• Strong understanding of Talent technology and skills data's role in workforce transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Ability to leverage AI, analytics, and emerging technologies for Talent outcomes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and commercial awareness.
• Ability to navigate complexity and deliver results through a global peer network.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for Skills and Talent Intelligence products.
• Partner with Talent and Technology leaders to align priorities, investments, and outcomes.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled capabilities that enhance workforce insights and employee experiences.
• Translate business and user needs into scalable, data-driven solutions.
• Use data and market insights to improve product performance and value.
• Lead prioritisation and governance across a global stakeholder community.
• Deliver outcomes through collaboration and cross-functional partnerships.
• Support deployment, adoption and value realization of Talent technology solutions.
