Job summary

EY GDS Poland is hiring a Global C&I Strategic Operations Specialist based in Wrocław, with a 2 days in office / 3 days remote pattern. You will enable strategic priorities, optimize processes, and drive cross-domain collaboration to deliver agility and impact.

You will work within the Business Enablement – Business Management Office, supporting the C&I organization through Strategic Operations, Core Services, and Performance & Data Insights, partnering with domain leaders and stakeholders to

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in operational process creation, improvement, and handoff.
Proficiency in reporting tools, data visualization, and storyboarding for decision-making.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities with high quality outputs.
Client-focused mindset with strong communication at leadership level.
Credible and able to operate in a global, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans for the aligned domain.
Design and implement short- and long-term initiatives delivering on priorities.
Oversee domain-specific processes, ensuring clarity, consistency and timely execution.
Prepare leadership-ready decks and narratives to support decisions.
Coordinate cross-domain priorities with Strategy, Core Services, and analytics teams.
