Job summary

Atos is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Consultant, HRSD / GBS ServiceNow to join our global team delivering enterprise-scale HR Service Delivery and Shared Services solutions.

You will design, implement, and enhance ServiceNow HRSD capabilities that improve employee experience, streamline HR operations, and support Global Business Services transformation initiatives across multinational organizations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience including 3+ years with HRSD.
• Proven end-to-end HRSD implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of HRSD architecture, workflows, security, integrations and reporting.
• Experience with HR Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Center and Onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support ServiceNow HRSD and Shared Services solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Configure modules such as HR Case, Knowledge Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, Lifecycle Events, and integrations.
• Translate HR requirements into scalable ServiceNow workflows and technical solutions.
• Lead workshops, gather requirements and provide expertise on best practices.
