CBRE Business Services Organisation (CBRE BSO) is seeking a Strategic Delivery & Operations Manager/Senior Manager to work with the Global Service Delivery Lead. You will strengthen coordination, governance and execution discipline of the global IA&R organization, connecting regional service delivery, global priorities and initiatives.

Travel across time zones may be required. You will operate within the global service delivery governance model, collaborating with regional leaders, BSO Platform

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, project management or related field.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional delivery and transformation initiatives in a global business services environment.
• Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams across regions and time zones with strong delivery discipline.
• Commercial and operational acumen to connect capacity, productivity and service performance.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and convert ambiguity into decisions.

Responsabilités

• Translate global priorities into coordinated execution across Europe, Asia and the USA.
• Connect regional leaders, priorities, performance information, decisions and follow-ups.
• Drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, automation and AI initiatives.
• Support execution of strategic priorities, organizational changes and growth initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level materials, business insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
