Job summary

Michael Page partners with a well-known international toys company to appoint a seasoned SEO/GEO specialist to develop and implement a global strategy, boosting organic reach and brand visibility across search engines and AI-powered platforms.

You will lead technical SEO, coordinate content creation across markets, and collaborate with tech teams and external partners to ensure strong foundations and data-driven optimization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in SEO/GEO, international or multi-market experience.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong technical SEO and site performance optimization.
• Hands-on with major SEO analytics tools (GSC, GA, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog).
• Experience with SEO content, keyword research and intent analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global SEO/GEO strategy to boost organic reach and brand visibility.
• Manage and optimize SEO content across markets, coordinating with an SEO agency.
• Collaborate with tech teams to strengthen technical SEO foundations (Core Web Vitals, internal links, redirects, structured data).
• Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis and competitor research across markets.
• Monitor SEO/GEO KPIs and prepare analyses using Semrush, GSC, GA and Profound; translate insights into actions.
• Develop GEO initiatives and monitor AI-generated search results visibility.
• Support global content strategy by identifying priority topics and formats for organic growth.
• Identify new SEO/GEO growth opportunities and content gaps; monitor trends and opportunities.
