Job summary

McCormick & Company is seeking a Global SCF Senior Finance Analyst based in Poland to standardise and harmonise SCF processes across EMEA and North America. You will support the global budget process, calendar coordination and provide insightful reports to key stakeholders while training teams on new procedures.

You’ll bring a strong accounting background, experience in financial data analysis and cost accounting, and proficiency with Excel.

Qualifications

• Regional accounting qualification (CIMA/ACA/CPA) would be an advantage.
• Strong accounting background and experience in financial data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in cost accounting and finance harmonization projects.
• Proficient in Excel, Power Query; Power BI a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement initiatives and harmonisation of SCF processes across regions.
• Coordinate SCF Budget, Forecast and Standard Setting calendars and timelines.
• Assist Operations Costing teams with product costing and pricing analyses.
• Support ad hoc tasks and data gathering for corporate submissions.
