Sii Poland in Katowice is seeking a strategic head of finance technology to shape the future of our finance platforms across international markets. You will own the roadmap, governance, and standards for a modern finance systems landscape, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with global and regional needs.

The role combines deep SAP expertise, leadership of global transformation programs, and hands-on configuration oversight, testing, and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance technology with hands-on SAP experience.
• Proven leadership of teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise finance systems and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the finance technology roadmap across international operations.
• Lead design and optimization of core financial processes for scalability and compliance.
• Drive automation and data-driven improvements in finance functions.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and IT teams on end-to-end solutions.
• Manage global transformation initiatives including system enhancements and deployments.
• Develop and mentor high-performing teams while coordinating external partners.
