Sii Poland is seeking a senior leader to own the finance technology landscape across international markets. You will drive the SAP-enabled finance platform, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with global standards while supporting regional business needs.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage global transformation programs, and mentor professionals to deliver end-to-end finance solutions. Fluent English required for senior stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance technology and leadership roles.
• Hands-on SAP Consultant experience with leadership impact.
• Expertise in enterprise finance systems, including consolidation and reporting.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs across regions.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance globally.
• Lead design and optimization of core financial processes for scalability and compliance.
• Drive automation, digital innovation, and data-driven process standardization.
• Collaborate across finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and tech teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Manage regional/global transformation initiatives, deployments, and adoption of new capabilities.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams while coordinating external partners.
