Sii Poland is seeking a SAP Finance Solutions Consultant to join our Katowice office, supporting international operations by maintaining and evolving enterprise finance systems. You will collaborate with finance and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions and drive ongoing improvements.

You will lead activities across General Ledger, fixed assets, intercompany and period-end processes while gathering requirements, validating solutions and ensuring audit-compliant outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SAP Finance experience in configuration, support and enhancements.
• Solid knowledge of GL accounting, fixed assets, multi-currency operations, period-end closing, intercompany accounting and statutory reporting.
• Experience gathering requirements, analysing processes, testing, user support and documenting solutions.
• Ability to work independently and with international teams, fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Managing and enhancing finance-related ERP functionalities with focus on stability and improvements.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to identify optimization opportunities and translate them into system solutions.
• Leading discussions on financial processes including period-end activities and financial reporting.
• Gathering and validating business requirements, performing gap analyses and supporting design.
• Participating in implementations, testing, deployments and post-go-live support.
• Ensuring governance, audit and control standards while supporting integrations.
