Sii Poland is seeking a SAP Finance Solutions Consultant to join a global technology-driven organization in Kraków. You will maintain, optimize, and evolve enterprise finance systems, collaborating with finance and technology teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant solutions for international operations.

You will lead finance-related ERP enhancements, gather requirements, support testing and deployments, and ensure governance and cross-functional integrations while maintaining strong

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience as SAP Finance Consultant.
• Strong expertise in GL, fixed assets, multi-currency operations and period-end closing.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, testing and solution documentation.
• Ability to work independently with cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluent English with strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and enhancing finance-related ERP functionalities, ensuring stable day‑to‑day operations and continuous improvements.
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify process optimization opportunities and translating them into system solutions.
• Leading discussions around financial processes, including period‑end activities, intercompany transactions, asset accounting, tax-related processes and financial reporting.
• Gathering, analyzing and validating business requirements, performing gap assessments and supporting solution design activities.
• Participating in implementation projects, testing cycles, deployments and post‑go‑live support.
• Ensuring governance, audit and control standards compliance while supporting cross‑functional integrations and business initiatives.
