Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance technology with hands-on SAP consulting leadership.
• Expertise in enterprise finance systems: F&A, consolidation, fixed assets, taxation, period-end closing, multi-currency, statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance across international operations.
• Lead design and optimization of core financial processes for scalability, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, digital innovation, data-driven decision making, and process standardization.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end business solutions.
• Manage regional and global transformation initiatives, including system enhancements and adoption of new capabilities.
• Build, develop, and mentor high-performing teams while coordinating external partners and consulting providers.
