Mars is seeking an experienced S2P Invoice Processing (Non-VIM) SME to help design and implement future-fit invoice processing solutions in a global, standardised landscape. The role requires collaboration with international stakeholders across Digital Core programs and Finance Operations.

The position offers hybrid working from Warsaw with opportunities to influence country-specific requirements, process design, and deployment across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Invoice Processing, Accounts Payable, P2P, or S2P in international environments.
• Strong knowledge of invoice processing tools, controls, and end-to-end processes.
• Experience with transformation programs or large-scale change projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement future-fit non-VIM invoice processing solutions.
• Contribute to global standardization while addressing regional needs.
• Collaborate with international stakeholders, Digital Transformation, Finance Operations, Tax, and S2P experts.
• Support testing and validation activities and documentation.
