Job summary

Cloudity is seeking a Salesforce Revenue Cloud expert to join our international team in Warsaw. You will analyze client requirements, configure Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and Billing, and manage multi-project deliveries with our solution architects.

You will collaborate with clients across borders, drive process improvements, and contribute to end‑to‑end Salesforce implementations. A certification path and growth in a supportive, innovative environment are available.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud and pursuing certification.
Experience managing a Salesforce instance; exposure to multiple instances is preferred.
Deep understanding of Salesforce administration.
Ability to assess business processes and improve them using Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Collaborating with clients to analyze business requirements.
Implementing solutions that leverage Revenue Cloud (Salesforce CPQ & Billing) and manage projects.
Partnering with Solution and Technical Architects.
Delivering end-user training and documentation for Salesforce.
Configuring Salesforce Sales and Revenue Cloud solutions.
Translating client requirements into Revenue Cloud design.
