Job summary

Fortrea seeks Experienced EU-based Respiratory Project Managers to lead global Phase II and III studies in a CRO or sponsor setting. You will oversee multi-country trials, timelines, budgets and sponsor relationships with a focus on data integrity and patient safety.

You bring strong respiratory expertise, ICH-GCP knowledge, and a track record of leading cross-functional teams as a primary client contact in complex stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

• Strong respiratory therapeutic expertise including asthma, COPD, ILD or related indications.
• Experience leading global Phase II and III studies in CRO or sponsor environments.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-country trials with timelines, budgets, risks, resources and sponsor relationships.
• Understanding of ICH-GCP, clinical operations, study start-up, enrollment management and vendor oversight.
• Experience as primary client contact and leading cross-functional global teams.
• Ability to operate independently and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience overseeing respiratory endpoint vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead global respiratory studies and manage sponsor relationships across regions.
• Drive study start-up, enrollment management and vendor oversight.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across clinical operations, medical and regulatory.
• Provide strategic risk management and proactive issue resolution.
