Job summary

Green Capital S.A. is seeking an experienced International Project Developer to oversee the development of PV, wind, BESS, and data center projects across international markets.

You will manage site control, permitting, and technical aspects from land acquisition to RtB, coordinating with legal, financial, and technical experts. The role requires a Doer mindset, independence, and a strong ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments while maintaining lender-ready documentation and

Qualifications

Experience in RES (wind, PV, BESS) and/or data center project development.
Experience leading at least one project from land securing to RtB in foreign markets.
Comfort operating in diverse regulatory and cultural environments.

Responsibilities

Independently manage PV, wind, BESS, and data center projects from land securing to RtB in selected markets.
Balance commercial, permitting, and engineering aspects to build bankable project plans.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (law firms, EPCs, consultants, land brokers).
Maintain documentation and schedules in line with lender standards (IFC/IADB/DFI).
Identify process gaps and proactively create tools and templates.
